A new Swing GUI builder tool is out in beta called GUIDE. Looking at the videos on the website it looks impressive. Like a more polished version of Netbeans Matisse with some extra goodies.
Developer on the JavaFX & Swing teams at Sun Microsystems. Working on the new JavaFX UI Controls and Graphics frameworks. Also building demos and presenting at conferences on JavaFX and Swing. As a member of the Swing Team I am also working on Swing architecture design moving forward and the Nimbus look and feel. Prior to Sun I was working for my own company Xerto on Imagery a Java photo management application.
