Augmented Reality Food Truck

I was called in to help the A-Team build a demo for the CPQ configurator product. They had a wireframe for a demo with a simple food truck 3D model. I took a 3D model of a food truck from a stock library and completely rebuilt and modified the model to fit the story. Also optimized the model to look good and perform well in Augmented Reality on an iPad built in Unity. It took a lot of work on textures, ambient occlusion and fine tuning to get the model looking as real as possible in Unity. The final demo was shown in SVP Steve Miranda’s opening keynote for Openworld 2020.
